I was advised to purchase this for the purpose stated in the description. But? Does it really do anything though? Well it looks nice. But the feeling of having it to actually diffuse something is probably just a placebo effect. I mean, can it “Actually” do something? :)))) Oh yeah, product review. I can’t say anything about the quality, the material is pobably how it looks like?

It was on sale when I bought this. I got this as a gift for my boyfriend para terno kami haha yung akin naman white. I am not sure about the benefits of the beads though but I believe lahat naman ng energy comes from the inner self - so manifest positivity and believe in the power of this bracelet haha ganun siguro! We like wearing this kasi cute siya and matches the watch. They say you should wear this sa left wrist so that it is closer to the heart haha. Never got to try the diffuser beads because we are not really into essential oils sooo ayun. As per the other reviews the beads are of good quality and I agree :)

Since I know I tend to have some bad days, having these chakra gemstones with me helps me to remind myself to be grounded and to calm myself whenever I feel anxious. I also love that it has lava stone beads wherein I could place a few drops of my favorite essential oils so I would be able to carry that relaxing scent with me throughout the day. This bracelet has now become an essential on my OOTD! :)

I have been suffering from mild anxiety, or so I thought since I have been stressed out lately. They say stone could help alleviate panic attacks. The item is cute, and I love how it's porous enough to hold the scent of my favorite essential oil throughout the day. I take a little sniff whenever I feel a little tired or overwhelmed and it helps me relax my senses. I don't know if it's just placebo effect but yeah, I think it works for me.
