I have been looking for something to add to my morning cereal and my sister suggested sunflower seeds. I bought this since it's just the right size for a trial. I loved it. It's not too salty and it's perfect for munching on its own or adding on to food. It doesn't have an overpowering taste, so it's really mostly just added texture for your food. Of course, the nutrients that come with it is the bonus haha
If you want to eat something that doesn't have any salt but is quite filling, eat this. I made a mistake of not reading fully, thinking that it would at least have a little salt, which I like in my snacks. Still, I enjoyed eating it as I can taste the nutty taste without any distractions.

I used to think that sunflower seeds would taste disgusting and taste like bird food but it’s actually pretty good 😋
Sunflower seeds is my favorite snack not only because it is packed with many minerals and vitamins but also it taste really good the only thing i dont like about it is it damages my teeth when i crack it open so im thankful for this i get to eat my favorite snack hassle free because it saves alot of time and it doesn't do any damage to my teeth
