Chia seeds are virtually tasteless and can easily be added to your diet. They can be eaten raw, soaked in a juice, added to porridges, puddings, and smoothies. They can also be sprinkled on top of cereals, yogurts, salads, etc.
To soak, simply mix chia seeds in a 1:10 ratio to water. Let mixture stand for 2 to 3 minutes, in order for the chia to gel up.
