Perfect alternative to rice

I’m a rice lover. So much so that sometimes if the rice is truly good i eat just that! This rice i can do the same since it has this slight nutty taste but i prefer to eat it with any ulam in the house. It’s a great alternative to white rice because it fills up right away and is perfect with any dish you want. Would love to purchase this soon! PS This healthy rice has more nutrients than regular white rice and you also get to help local farmers how cool is that? 😊

Great rice alternative, if you don’t like the texture of quinoa then this is the answer. The texture is like when Japanese rice and Pasta had a baby. I definitely felt fuller longer, even if i just eat a half cup serving. I also tried the white adlai but I like this one better. You can also do you favorite fried rice dishes with this. I wash it 2 or 3 times before cooking to get rid of some stones and husks

Great rice alternative

Certain ulams are great with rice, but I would be happy to swap with it adlai :) It cooks like brown rice. Suggest to soak it for about 10 minutes before boiling. It puffs up easily. Ate it with pork bbq, and I wasn't searching for white rice. Easier to prepare than shirataki rice hehehe!

Loved the taste and texture

This has replaced Quinoa for me. I read that a serving of quinoa has a whopping 600cals as opposed to Adlai with only 200cals. It tastes nice too and the texture is enjoyable—kinda like corn grits. It complements most flavors of meat, salads, etc so it’s very versatile too. Plus if you buy this you’re supporting local produce which is really nice too.

Binatog version of rice

Just like what was instructed, we cooked this just like rice. There is absolutely no smell and it tastes bland, so you can easily mix in other flavors that u prefer. Also, this is cheaper than those at the outside market. The best past is that this is organic. Very healthy and high in protein too!

I don't feel deprived :)

I tried Adlai as I had wanted to eat healthier and saw the many benefits online. Suffice to say I'm hooked and fully converted. I'm extremely prone to bloating whenever I eat rice but with this, I'm able to retain my stomach size throughout the day while feeling absolutely satiated. I've also tried healthier substitutes to white rice - red rice, quinoa, black rice and brown and while those had needed a bit of an adjustment, this one did not. I also didn't feel I was eating soil and didn't find myself drooling over rice at all. It's also quite economical needing more water to grain ratio than rice and tasting the same if not better :)
