Satiates my craving for crunchy, umami-filled snacks
I like how savory and flavorful Oyster Mushroom Crunchies are. Texture-wise, it leans toward the dense side and can get a bit tough to chew on, but it tides me over just fine when the munchies kick in. I snack on three to five pieces to satiate my ever persistent craving for crunchy, umami-filled snacks. I also make vegetarian meals out of it by adding it as a sandwich filling along with lettuce, cheese, mustard, and pickles *wink, wink, nudge, nudge* - beats trendy restos and major fast food joints' crispy chicken/seafood sammies every time, ladies and gents.

The Spicy variant was so-so. It was more like "Hint of Spice" than "Spicy". Good if your Scoville Heat Unit tolerance is low like my mom's; she remarked it just had the right amount of spice for her. However, it was underwhelming for the chili fanatic I am. I found myself adding hot sauce just to kick the heat up a notch.
On the other hand, the Sour Cream and Onion variant had my taste buds singing! It tasted delightful on its own - no need for any dip of sorts. I'll certainly buy Oyster Mushroom Crunchies in this flavor again.
