Get on hands and knees, and loop the bands around your thighs just above the knees. Alternately lift one knee out to the side while maintaining tension in the band with the planted knee. Perform 20 repetitions on each side.
Lie on the floor with your band looped around your thighs. Push your hips toward the sky and engage your glutes. Hold at the peak of your bridge before coming back down. Perform 20 repetitions.
