Get on hands and knees, and loop the bands around your thighs just above the knees. Alternately lift one knee out to the side while maintaining tension in the band with the planted knee. Perform 20 repetitions on each side.

Lie on the floor with your band looped around your thighs. Push your hips toward the sky and engage your glutes. Hold at the peak of your bridge before coming back down. Perform 20 repetitions.

The glute bands look durable enough for long term use. May pag ka powdery ung texture nia. Hindi rin sya madaling mag slip pag ginagamit. Maganda siyang gamitin, actually. Nagdadagdag siya ng bigat sa mga simpleng routine. At hindi lang sya sa glutes pwede gamitin. Nakakatuwa din na may exercise pamphlet siyang kasama.

Burn, baby. Burn!

Woops! This is my first time incorporating resistance bands in my workout routine and good god, this one burns. I used the 15 pounds first and followed the recommended exercises that came along with this product and I am sore the next day especially on the bum area which is a good thing! The only downside I guess is that rolls up once I get sweaty.

Improved my daily workout

Very durable. The bands made my workouts more intense. Love the colors, too! I started with 20 lbs and I'm now on 25 lbs. I like that the manual has some other exercises that I can do with the bands, so I get to add more variety in my set of routine exercises.

Makes me want to work out

Loving this product as it helps me with my daily routine. I’ve noticed that my glutes are becoming more toned and bigger. I also use this for my other exercises that requires more resistance. Worth the money

Bought this on sale and man, all I could say that it was worth it. Been using this for four (4) months already and currently using the dark red band (very hard). It helps that there are different levels of it difficulty as the body quickly improves! Inside there's also a manual on the different exercises you can do with the bands which is very helpful! Though the downside is that if your legs get sweaty, the band will 'sometimes' move but not always

Goal getter it is

I've been eyeing glute bands from different stores and saw the results from different users.
