• Alternately lift one knee out to the side while maintaining tension in the band with the planted knee. Perform 20 repetitions on each side.

• Lie on the floor with your band looped around your thighs.
• Push your hips toward the sky and engage your glutes.
• Hold at the peak of your bridge before coming back down.
• Perform 20 repetitions.
