Healthy snack!

I love nuts and especially almonds because i can snack on them without feeling guilty, because of my big sweet tooth i can finally snack on things that are actually healthy and not full of sugars! I also add these to my smoothie bowls or overnight oats! Good buy I recommend!

Healthy nibbles

I have recently been told by my doctor that my cholesterol count is on the high side. After searching the net for suitable snacks, I found out that almonds are a healthy alternative, are heart friendly and have cholesterol-lowering functions. In addition, they also have fibers for good digestion. Since I like my almonds toasty, I let this bake in the oven for 10 minutes at medium heat before munching. These are salt free so you can be versatile and add dried herbs for flavor.

It is too bland for me

I bought this so I can eat it as a snack. Yes it is a healthy snack however it is too bland for my taste. I need to put iodized salt first before I can enjoy eating this whole almonds. I will definitely buy again if this will be on sale
