I have tried quinoa from different brands and I just cannot express how much I looove this one. It is pre washed so it’s really not that hard to prepare. Its kinda difficult kasi to wash and drain this so I am thankful that I will just cook it sa pot na lang. also, I love the texture of this variant as well as the taste. I am used to buying the white one so this is my first time trying tri-colored quinoa. I eat this as a healthier replacement for white rice. I find quinoa, in general, more filling than eating salad or other meal preps. I usually eat in my regular portion of (white) rice but I am usually full after 1 cup. I also find the taste of quinoa better than brown rice since it tastes like regular white rice, although if eaten alone, you can taste something similar to nuts. Unlike brown rice that I don’t find filling and yummy to eat with sinigang or any viand with soup, quinoa is perfect for any viand. Also, i lost 2 kilos in 2 weeks without any other forms of diet or exercise, I only replaced my white rice with thisover 1 year ago
