Not a drop wasted!
I was so intrigued with this Suka Pinausukan, so I decided to give it a try - the product delivered beyond my expectations. At first glance, you can tell this vinegar is naturally fermented, not chemically treated. It gives off a strong vinegar & chili aroma, but it is not the type of aroma that will make you gag, you will actually be enticed to taste it. Initially I was hesitant to use it as a plain dipping sauce, coz I didn't want to waste a single drop, so I prepared it as a "marinade" for sliced cucumbers with a touch of brown sugar & a little ACV - it's so good, I even managed to sip the marinade :) There's that 'bite" because of the chili, but it's nothing you can't handle, and it doesn't give off that acid burn feeling in your stomach. Next time I will try it as a salad dressing and see how it goes.
