INGREDIENTS: Durum Wheat Semolina, Water. May contain Soy
For 3-4 persons, 250g of couscous. Pour 1/4 liters of water in a large saucepan, add 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil and 1 tsp. salt, then bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir and pour 250g couscous. Allow to swell for 2 minutes. Add 2-3 tsp. butter on very low heat for 3 minutes, while stirring with a fork to separate the grains.
