Personally, I think this product is really helpful since it takes less time to use than setting up candles or sprays or other aromatherapy products like diffusers. It helps put me to sleep, but on its own I’m not sure if it works as well as melatonin or other sleeping products.

I was curious to try this stick. So I had to buy it. On the first night of using it, I took a sniff or two, and it worked.☺ My daughter who sleeps beside me tried it, too! She fell asleep immediately. The succeeding nights, we both sniffed it. The thing is, like half of the time it works---other times it doesn't. I even tried using it during the day---just to check if it will really make me sleepy. But, NO.😣 I'm now tesing if I can use it as a stress reliever na lg. But, looks like I should have bought a different stick for that. Haha🤣😂😆 Repurchase is a No.✌ I may recommend it still to others, coz, as they say: One man's meat is another man's poison and vice-versa. There😉

Nkakatuwa toh tlgang pansin ko ang himbing ng tulog ko pag nag iinhale ako neto bago matulog. Coming from a call center agent na may pcos pa, feeling ko nman nktulong toh sakin tlga kc nahhirapan tlga ko mktulog mnsan.. bibili ako ulit haha kainis lng naiwala ko kc. This product really helps me calm down and promote good sleep. I love it. The smell is good, it’s not too harsh. After inhaling this, my dad who has a sleep disorder just suddenly fell asleep and snored. Although he claimed that he didn’t have the deep sleep he wanted, he did fell asleep anyway. I don’t know also if he was just trying to negate the effect if this inhaler but he was snoring! Hahaha!
