Yes. You read that right - mentrual pads. I have been using mentrual pads for more than a year now and I don't like using detergents with too much perfume or bleach in it...so I decided to use this all natural detergent for it...and it's so amazing...it doesn't leave a strong smell but still able to clean my pads all too well.
I've been looking for a gentle fragrance-free that actually works, and this is it! It's better at cleaning than all the others I have tried previously, imported and local. I suggest you soak the clothes for around 20 min before washing to maximise its effectivity. It works with machines and hand washing.
I've been using this for delicates and reusable cloth pads (instead of cotton balls or disposable sanitary napkins) since I'm very sensitive to fragrance. A little goes a long way! Sudsy enough and cleans stains very well. Recommended for those who don't like overly sweet smelling laundry powder or are sensitive to fragrance.
I've been careful with the detergents i use for about a year now because there was a time my skin got really itchy for weeks and I didnt know the cause. So Ive decided to try hypoallergenic baby detergents. My sister who has really sensitive skin reacts to almost any product with fragrance. She was using a fragrance free, hypoallergenic detergent before but it was really expensive. So we looked for one that's fragrance free here in beautymnl and thats when we discovered this product. One thing though, please dont try to sniff this because the powder is very fine compared to regular detergents. I accidentally inhaled a lot and my nose got irritated huhu. But so far so good for my skin. I would suggest the one in liquid variant though.
