This needs practice for first timers!
I love the fact that it is sustainable, eco-friendly, and cruelty free. Been using this for about a week now and I love it already! Alright, first, I kind of had a hard time making it lather on my hair. I tried lathering it on my hand then transfer to my hair like what you'd do in a normal liquid shampoo but it didn't work. Then I tried directly applying it on my hair, which is a very effective strategy. It lathers when you directly apply it to your hair instead of lathering it on your hands. I don't even need to use a conditioner and this doesn't make my scalp itchy at all! I had this history of using an organic shampoo that's claims to help with dandruff but it only made my scalp more itchy. But this, this is the best! Very travel friendly. I even cut the whole bar into I think 10 or more small pieces because it's huge and that's how I make my organic products last (you girls know how organic products are easy to melt so I divide my soaps). Anyway, this product is definitely a must have! 💖
Edit: alright, well I'm halfway through my very first bar and I can say that I've had a little bit of itchiness but it's not really bothersome. The downside of this product is it's a little bit solid that it's hard to combine the small pieces to a bigger piece of the bar. I sometimes just ended up crumpling all the small pieces and just goes down to the drain. Its also hard to lather it when it becomes really small so I honestly don't know how to make tipid of the small pieces.
