Decent. Not exactly outstanding but good.
Chia seeds are still a mystery for me when incorporating it into my foods. I mean, yeah you can find loads of stuff in the internet on how to use it properly. This is the second brand I bought which is a little cheaper than the previous one. Not sure what's the difference between this and the prior one I had. I tried the "Chia Pudding" craze, got myself some milk, prep it for an overnight soaking. Now I find that there must be some good practice on getting the right outcome. I failed every time. Even though I can guarantee that I have the scales right, probably the quality of the Chia Seeds that I had had something to do with it. I only realized this after taking some break over the pudding stuff. Writing this review I said to myself I'm going to give it another try. My pudding comes off very hard, like it absorbed all the milk. I adjusted and still it's solid as a brick sometimes. I tasted some chia pudding from ready-to-eat meal sets and they are totally good. Smooth, soft, runny, just like the right pudding. But mine? horribly wrong. Probably it is also the milk that I used but almond? I don't know. Anyway, it is a Chia Seed for it's sake. Overnight oats had been a craze for me and I'm currently using this for that. Sometimes if I had the motivation, I whip a protein shake, adding this protein-rich bad boy. I hate (not this brand specifically) Chia Seeds in general though because of the stuff it leaves on your teeth. Got to get that pro-flossing going and decent toothbrushing on the go. 5/5

Great pearl substitute
I’ve seen my friend drink these weird seed that looked like tiny eyes submerged in water and always made me feel weird on trying it on my own. Since all I did this ECQ is to eat junk, I decided to try and eat healthy before we go back to the real world ( and these are on sale so why the hell not? ). I mixed a tablespoon of these in my morning wheatgrass drink (which oddly look like swamp water) and let it sit for about 20 mins or so. And viola! My morning drink got eyes at the bottom. Haha! Don’t let this review discourage you in any way. Wheatgrass is already great on it’s own, but with chia seeds added, it made it even more perfect!

This is good for additional fiber intake in everyday use. I use it in ACV with green tea, lemon and honey every breakfast and the feeling of bloat and heavy stomach will dissapear. Sometimes i consume it soaked in warm water with lemon before going to sleep and it really helps my vowel movement in the morning. I am really a constipated person and going natural on this remedies is definitely a plus factor.

Small but powerful
Again, I bought this product as a gift for my bestfriend. I gave her previously a few cupful for her to try at home and she loved the crunchy feeling and the taste. She also said this helped in her fiber needs. She is trying other drinks that would help her in her feeling bloated issue and this one does the trick!
