I developed lots of stretch marks on my legs when I was in high school, and this is the primary reason why I never ever wore shorts or skirts out in public :( BUT thank god for Palmers (and some self-esteem boost I developed in college haha). My stretch marks haven't completely disappeared, but they've lightened so much (!!!!) which is a big deal for me. But note that I also lost weight, so I'm not sure if that also aided in the lightening of my stretch marks. i still use this along with my Nivea lotion and some coconut oil, and I don't think I've developed more stretch marks since going with that routine. :) I love Palmers, and I'm so thankful for all their cocoa butter products!!almost 2 years ago
Lately I've become a fan of firming lotions ever since I noticed that my skin's elasticity is not as superb as before; also probably due to my fluctuating weight, causing my skin to stretch. As for the firming qualities, I liked it. The smell is too cloyingly sweet but most of the time I don't mind. It also has a thick formulation which I guess one should expect from a firming lotion.almost 2 years ago
I bought this lotion when i was pregnant. I was scared to have stretchmarks so i tried this product. I used this from the beggining of my pregnancy till i gave birth but i still got stretchmarks. Maybe it also depends on the skin type. Its has cocoa scent which i did not like also. Quite pricey.almost 2 years ago
So yep I m switch to this after pregnancy since I have a belly pouch which makes me super duper frustrated like I thought it will not dissappear. Still I dont like the smell, i dont know why, I dont like the smell of the palmers cocoa butter aswell. Anyway, I applied this many times a day, I also do exercise. I loss my belly pouch in less than 3 months. No stretchmarks no belly pouch happy mommy!about 2 years ago
I only tried the Cocoa Butter Formula Firming Butter by
PALMER’S once and didn't notice the result about firming my skin, it's a bit pricey for a single mother like me. But I do love and enjoyed the cocoa scent and my skin really well moisturized after using it. Even it's too pricey well worth it!
I lost a lot of weight a few years back, then I gained and lost again. I have stretch marks in different places, but the ones on my upper arms have always bothered me. I would be embarrassed to wear short sleeved shirts. After using this on my upper arms for few months, I see a huge difference! There's an issue with the smell though. I like the smell but sometimes it clashes with my perfume.about 2 years ago
