This is a cult favorite, and I dreamed of getting one of these for ages. It came in a black cardboard box and the pearls themselves are in a beautiful silver case. But when I applied it, I did not expect that old-timey perfume smell that came. It was so overpowering and I personally didn't like it. It's great as a setting powder. But really, the so called glow is subtle. You wouldn't be able to use this as a highlight. Don't get me wrong, the presentation is amazing, but I really cannot stand the smell. I'm giving it to my mom in the hopes that she would enjoy it more than I do.5 months ago
I love this meteorites because they are so pretty in the container and also when applied in my face. My pores are blurred and my face has a slight non shimmery glow to it. It also smells elegant and feminine. This is a luxurious product and a splurge but I would say that it is worth it.10 months ago
This is one of those products that you have to try -- and use properly -- to truly appreciate. In the simplest terms, it mimics the natural glow of healthy skin. What it really does is blurs the skin to create a soft-focus effect, and the micro-shimmer adds the suble skin-like highlight. The different shades also help color-correct if you need it to (and if you know how to). Downside: expensive and heavily perfumed. Thankfully, one tub will last you a few years (really!) even with daily use, and it really does smell very nice. If you like super-matte finishes, or prefer that full-glam full-coverage look, then you might not like this. But for us girls who love the runway-model I-have-naturally-nice-skin effect, this is worth trying. And did I mention the packaging? Sooooo display-worthy.10 months ago
I admit what got me to buy this product was the packaging. It looked so elegant! I love how elegant this product looks and smells but unfortunately it doesn't do much for me... Sure it adds a bit of glitter but I would get a better glow from a much cheaper highlighter product. :(10 months ago
Admittedly, I purchased this because it looked stunning -- let's face it: highlighting pearls that set your face? I was sold. It's pricey, which is why I was a little nervous about the performance of the product. Now that I've had it for a while and have been using it for months, I can say that I do not regret buying this. I use it to set the highlights of my face (forehead, nose, chin, and undereyes), and it works wonders in the field of giving you a subtle and natural glow. I'm sure there are cheaper options out there, but I doubt that any of them could reach the satisfaction level of this product. Definitely worth the splurge!12 months ago
I absolutely love this!! Its adds a subtle glow to your skin and is buildable to use as a highlighter. I actually like to use this as a setting powder for my whole face cause its so sheer and subtle. It feels amazing on the skin as well. It may be quite pricey but i love it. And i would def repurchase this in the futureover 1 year ago
