Laneige comes from Korean cosmetic giant, Amorepacific—the same makers of well-loved beauty brands like Etude House, InnisFree, Lolita Lempicka and Annick Goutal. Established in 1945, it holds its headquarters in Youngsan-Gu, South Korea. Laneige is French for “the snow” and products are developed towards similar characteristic ideals—crystal clear, dewy and vibrant. By harnessing the power of water through science, Laneige products revolve around achieving a youthful glow through skincare and skincare cosmetics.
Usually, gels do not feel hydrating to me. Although Laneige, gave me a whole new perspective on it. I love how this gel cream by laneige is so true to its Hydrating claims. And it is amazing how it hydrates my skin so much without a sticky feel on my face! This is recommended for dry or oily skin. Me, my sister, and my mom love it so much!7 months ago
This is so expensive but don't do anything amazing on my skin, I like Nature Republic aloe vera gel more than this. That is more cheaper and more effective in moisturing my skin. It is just so thick that it feels heavy as it is the last step of my skin regimen at night. I am not going to purchase it again.7 months ago
I must admit, I tried Laneige because I've become an ultimate fan of Kim Bok Joo. It is true that this product is expensive but I swear, it is worth it. For a 1,000++ pesos, you can use this for months. You only have to put a small amount of cream on your face and it works like a miracle <3 I usually use this before going to sleep. It feels cool and refreshing so you won't feel uncomfortable while sleeping. The next day, you'll feel very soothing <310 months ago
I was curious about this product because it ws used by Kim Bok Joo, from the korean drama, Weightlifting Fairy. It is one of those moosturizers that really do what a moisturizer ahould be. When I applied it onto my face, it waa really lightweight and a little goes a long way. I feel like my face is fresh after using it. It gives you that firming effect too like it really lock in the moisture obto your skin.12 months ago
Where did I Found out about this gel cream? Of course in Weightlifting Kim bok Joo airing recently, hahaha At first I was stalking LSK on what she uses during that Drama.. And found out that she is endorsing LANEIGE. I bought this out of Curiosity and I was amazed that this one really moisturize my face. I feel like I'm Kim bok Joo lol. No wonder Korean Skin is so clear and smooth.. although this one is kinda expensive. I think it's worth the hype for being Korean Wanna be. ♥♥♥about 1 year ago
Let me start by saying this is ridiculously expensive. The Laneige Water Bank Gel Cream works as it is advertised. Very hydrating and soothing on the skin. it works as a great moisturiser. However, I think you can get the same effect with much cheaper brands. It's great and all but I don't really recommend spending so much on this.almost 2 years ago
