The Zenutrients Ginger Rx Spray Oil is okay for very mild aches but I find that it didn't work on other pains. I have tried this and the Zenutrients Muscle Mend Balm and the latter was better in helping relieve my headache, chest pains and sore muscles. I think this may work better to relieve coughs and colds more than aches.
about 3 years agoWhen I have a bad cough or colds (when my chest feels congested) I usually put a few drops in my hands and rub then I inhale deeply, helps relieve the congestion and instantly make me feel better :-)
