Better than tissue

As a makeup artist, I make sure that my brushes are clean for my clients. When I have more than one client in one booking, I still consider cleaning the brushes to make sure that the product's color won't mix up. That's why I decided to purchade this cleaner instead of always using tissue right? This is more economical and effective for brushes with powder products. I wouldn't recommend this to be a cleaner for brushes used on non-powder products. Purchase this if you're a makeup artist for cleaner brushes in between clients.

Great product!

This is really useful for people who do not have a lot of make up brushes since you just brush it off the sponge then you can use it again for another product! I use this mostly for my eye brushes since i use a lot of shades for eye make up and i dont have a lot of brushes so i can just switch colors while using just one crease brush. This is a lifesaver!

Wow

I do not have too many brushes and I only have about four brushes for doing my eyeshadow and this is really helpful. The product really gets removed from the brush and I it was never hard to switch from one shade to another. I was able to use multiple shades and doing my make up now is a lot easier.

So so brush cleaner

I love their spray brush cleaner line compared to this. Hindi niya masyado natatanggal yung residue sa brushes thats why yung color andun pa din. Its still better to wash the brushes with the spray brush cleaner instead of this one. Fast drying naman sya. This is helpful if you used prior spraying so the brushes will be fully cleaned.

does the job

If you constantly switch between colours in your makeup looks or have a limited amount of brushes, this works as a pretty decent in-between cleaner. I find that it works better on certain bristles than others, so do test it out with all your brushes. A little pricey for a just-okay product, but I got it on sale and I will keep using this.

Helpful tool

I think this is a helpful tool if you have limited brushes and use a lot of eyeshadows. If I feel inspired to do a colorful or bold look that would require me to use my brushes to blend and pack in color, for it to not get muddy because there's pigment on the bristles, I use this to clean off the previous color and to apply a new color. I don't have a lot of brushes or I use particular brushes for a certain application and I don't have a spare, so in between different colors, I run it thru the rough sponge to get rid of the color. This also means, I don't need to clean my brushes too often because of lingering pigment. For big events that I need to do my makeup away from home, I make sure that this is in my kit. It helps me use only essential brushes for the look I'm going for. I know this is a very simple tool but it's a good investment. I've tried to make a DIY version, but I noticed that the rough sponge would get stained and eventually gets worn out. I think it's a worth it tool.
