INGREDIENTS: Pu-erh tea
STEP 1: In a teacup or small teapot with infuser, put 1 or 2 teaspoons of the botanical blend. Add more for a stronger cup.
STEP 2: Pour 250ml of freshly boiled water and infuse for 3 to 4 minutes. To make a liter, put 4 to 8 teaspoons.
STEP 3: Strain the botanicals from the water and set aside.
