I bought this as the strongest resistance band for my pull-ups. Since I have never done pull-ups in my life, I struggled in my first few weeks, then as time went by it became a lot easier. This will only help you pull yourself up, but when you use it without the assistance, I tell you it's much more different and harder. My advice, when you think you can do it with the assistance, try without it and practice negative pull-ups. This only serves as a great equipment for beginners especially for scapular exercise and half pull ups.4 months ago
I’ve started resistance training at the start of the year and I definitely should’ve gotten the one lighter / easier than this because this specific type of band is more for people who have experienced resistance training before or have enough strength to use this. I, being a short and skinny girl with little to no muscle mass, found it somewhat difficult to use.8 months ago
This is perfect for your bag and for home workouts. It's not as heavy and is easy to pack. It is also heavy duty and versatile for a whole body workout! It's also quite easy to clean! I bring this with me to the gym and also use it at home. The resistance of the bands are quite strong. I think Active also has a lighter version but I love this!over 1 year ago
