I bought this as an alternative dun sa Aztec because of its size I want to try it first bago mag invest sa bentonite clay. However, in just a few seconds of applying the clay, very itchy na sya so I ended up Washing my face right away. It made my skin red and had a break out in a few days later. Definitely not for me🥺
I tried using this with Apple Cider but it was too stingy so I tried again with water mixture, still it made my skin burn/reddish...so I just never tried it again...and gave it to someone else that suits their skin.
My main issue with DIY bentonite clay masks is that they don’t always mix well. That said, I didn’t have problems with this! I tried mixing it with both ACV and water (separate times) and they both did equally well. It also didn’t feel too drying on my face or like it was just sitting there. It was easy to remove, too. I usually wear a clay mask when I feel like my skin is congested or breaking out. I’m not sure if this actually helped with that, but my skin does feel cleaner and fresher afterward.
Bought this since my usual face mask was out of stock. I heard some good reviews about it, but ultimately, this really wasn’t a good purchase for me. The clay doesn’t melt well, like even after several minutes of mixing, it would still be a bit grainy compared to a smooth clay mask.
Also not a fan of the feel when it’s applied on my face. I think it’s mainly affected by the grainy texture.
