The taste is so good that you will chew more than the dosage. But I didnt see any significant difference .I actually finish this bottle, before I wrote a review. If you want a biotin that taste good you can try this. But if your looking for a effective in growing your hair longer try other brand that's cheaper.

Upon ordering, I thought the gummies and container were small. But they were bigger than I expected!! The gummies are strawberry-flavored which makes it yummy. For the results, my hair looks glowy and I get seldom hair fall. For my nails, there wasn’t much changes as to the speed of them growing but they don’t break easily like before ❤️

My nails have really grown a lot. I use to get them done at the salon, but now I can do them myself. They look so professional people still think I get them done because of how they are shaped.
