It works!

At first I had my doubts about this pasador, but I decided to buy it out of curiosity. I used it on my third day, and it was surprisingly very absorbent. I thought it didn't absorb much but I was surprised to see a lot of blood while cleaning it. After cleaning, it also dried up quite fast, so it's okay to air dry even on rainy days. I'm excited to buy more as I think this will help me save on toiletries. My only quibble is that the regular cloth pad is a bit short. Otherwise, it's a great product!

Please use eco-friendly packaging

I prefer to buy cloth pads to reduce the plastic waste I produce, however, when I received the pads I ordered, each of them were individually wrapped in plastic, all placed in a plastic bag, and that plastic bag in another plastic bag. I understand that doing so may be for hygienic purposes but it forfeits my main reason for buying cloth pads. I suggest that these products (including other beauty mnl products) be packaged in a more eco-friendly parcel or at least use less plastic.

No leaks even under running water

I really like its softness and absorbency. Comfortable sa feeling, it's like wearing a thick underwear pero di masyadong nakakailang -- di ako masyadong naconscious kung bumabakat sya sa jeans or leggings ko. I tested it under running water to see if it will leak but it didn't!! Umaawas lang yung water sa edges and kahit soaked na yung pad, wala pa rin naglileak, most likely due to its waterproof lining. Will order more regular pads in the near future. I highly recommend this brand :)

Back to the Old

My lola used to tell stories that during their earlier years, they would use cloth as sanitary napkins. I was so curious on how they were able to survive without the modern day disposable napkins and tampons. So when I discovered this one here at Beautymnl, I know that I need to buy it instantly! I've tried it during my 4th day of period (since I'm still scared to use it during my heavy days). I must say it was decent enough to keep me safe, iykwim. The cloth is also so soft which feels nice. Washing it needs getting used to, though. But I'd definitely recommend to friends to go green!
