my cup (rarely) overfloweth
This is such a game-changer. Well, menstrual cups are, in general. No more rashes, no more itchiness. Goodbye to that icky feeling of having those bloody lumps of your uterine lining pressing against you for hours (until you change your pad). All of that is gone with this cup snugly inside you. Which brings us to the downside: for a strong bleeder like me, I have to change this too often (up to 4x on my heaviest days). I was also annoyed by the too-long tail because it doesn't really help you grip the cup when extracting so I just cut it off. Still, I'm pretty satisfied by the overall experience. Last comment: there's a weird chemical smell when you open the packet. Before using, ust wash and boil the cup for 10 minutes. Repeat until the smell is gone. I've used my cup for five cycles now. Except for the usual struggles, which is more about learning your own anatomy and figuring out how the cup needs to fit into your body, I'm pretty happy with this very affordable cup.
