First of all, this tore and spilled on transit. Not too much though. Thankfully. To anyone purchasing this, do your research h first. Initially, I thought this would be just a usual flour substitute but its not quite that. You have to use way less and use more liquids since its extra absorbent which was super confusing at first. However since you use way less, you go through the product slower and this is a healthier alternative to flour.

Need to work on this one...

I have been trying to be a "healthier" eater as you might say as of now, hence I am looking for substitutes for my everyday staples that is "healthier" than the ones I am used to. I have tried preparing a pancake with this and it is a total disaster. It did not hold itself together and instead of pancake, it became mushy and did not cook at all. I don't know how to use this and I have a lot left. I will try other recipes where coconut flour could work.
