There's just one big problem
Okay, let me start off by saying that during the first several uses, absolutely loved this. I felt like it cleaned my teeth well, and even though my gums are sensitive, it didn't make them bleed. I love that this is eco-friendly as well, and that's really the reason why I got this in the first place. However, after around two weeks of use, I noticed that the bristles just don't become completely clean. This is quite difficult to describe, but I'll try. Basically, I noticed that the bristles were sticking to one another and that they seemed to have taken on a quite whitish color in some parts. Upon closer infection, I noticed that there's a (mucus-like) substance clinging on to the bristles that make them stick together, and the whitish parts are--well, I don't really know--stuff that look like dust. I've done everything to try to clean it, holding it under running water, soaking the bristles in mouthwash, etc. Nothing works. Note, too, that this is the first time this has ever happened to a toothbrush of mine in all my three decades of existence. So yeah, I hope they look into the bristles of this one, because as of now, I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Dental health is a big deal to me, and having gunk on my toothbrush is a big no-no.
