The Only Brand That Works

Literally tried all the other anti-dandruff brands out there for years and nothing worked. (Even the pricey one available at drugstores -- Selenium Sulfide trumps Ketoconazole in my case.) This was the exception. So glad they came back. (They pulled out from the Philippine market for a good few years.) I tried both variants and while the purple cap was really soothing with its menthol blend, this red medicated version packs a stronger punch against dandruff in my experience. The old formulation left my hair dry but the new Selsun is more moisturizing (though not compared to regular shampoos). I don't mind following up with a conditioner anyhow. With stress-induced bouts of dandruff, I consecutively use Selsun for a week or so. To keep dandruff at bay, 2-3x a week would be enough.
