Soy based and scent seemed promising
I got this for review and I have to agree with the previous reviewer, though the scent was great when you opened the tin, once you have it lit and burning, it’s a bit of a struggle to smell anything. I think the one disadvantage is that the wick is kind of small, it tends to just get submerged in the wax, so maybe it has a hard time diffusing the scent, my theory, I have no experience with scented candles. But as my niece once told me why she loves Diptyque candles, the scent will just diffuse throughout a room, compared to others that don’t, or the scent will just stay in one spot. So it’s something like what’s happening to this one, but the fact that there’s barely no scent at all, means there’s a lot of room for improvement. The up side is that it does burn slowly and seems to last.
