In 1975, manicure maven Jeff Pink created a quick ‘n’ easy, natural nail look for screen actresses who had no time to spare in between wardrobe changes. His timesaving manicures were feminine and timeless, never upstaging the outfit. So naturally, they became an instant favorite among stylists and starlets, eventually hitting the runways of Paris! That is how nail polish purveyor Orly was born—and with it, tip treatments, nail lacquers, and the very first better-for-your-nails gel. Today, Orly is available in hundreds of colors in various finishes and limited edition collections!

Long lasting

Orly is my favorite brand of Nail Lacquer. It is really long lasting compared to others. It’s quite expensive but worth a try. Whenever I go to a nail spa, I always request them to put on Orly Laquer even if they ask me for extra charge. It is easy to apply and dry. I love it!

Long lasting but inconsistent formula

This nail lacquer is easy to apply and dries down fast, but compared to Orly's Breathable Nail Lacquer, I'd say this has a poorer quality of formula. Some colors need to be applied with at least three thin coats before you reach your desired color, especially the lighter and more pastel colors.

worth a try but formula is inconsistent

I got lift the veil and monroe’s red. LTV is an almost white light pink nail polish. Requires 3-4 thin coats to achieve bottle color. This creme polish is not meant to be sheer but the color pay off is somewhat poor. MR is an old Hollywood red with really fine gold shimmer. 1-2 thin coats and you’re done! It’s a really flattering and outstanding red nail polish. Both polished Last pretty good and dry in a short amount of time. The price is reasonable but Orly has some formula Inconsistencies. Sometimes it is a make or break case in Orly nail polishes.
