Cacao Culture Farms is a social enterprise that seeks to help cacao farmers and encourage local food entrepreneurs to use high-quality, local, and ethically sourced cacao products from the Philippines. As of now, they specialize in growing and trading high-quality fermented cacao beans, but they are slowly developing cacao-based products to showcase how great and flavorful our local cacao beans are.
I’m a fan of dark chocolate —the more bitter, the better! Which is why I love this! I couldn’t stop eating it! If you’re not a huge fan of pure cacao, I don’t recommend that you eat this as a snack. You can also mix this with your overnight oats, just add some honey and, fruit (preferably banana or ripe mango) and you have a delightful and easy to make breakfast!3 months ago
I bought this cacao nibs to have a substitute for my chocolate craving, thou I'm a fan of dark chocolates, I never expected it to be too bitter...It tastes not just roasted but it tastes super toasted! I think I'll jest mixed it with smoothies and just add coconut sugar to lessen the bitter taste...I should have bought a different flavor instead...😕3 months ago
