helps to prevent bloating and constipation

The product is alright as I did not lose much weight upon taking this. I am ambivalent on this product as I did not gain weight either with all the eating and snacking. What I like about this product is that I feel less bloated and constipated. I guess I need to have a stricter exercise regimen so that I can fully see the effect of this product on me.
