For those doing the Keto diet and love wraps for meals, this is highly recommended! Might not be for those who dont like coconuts cause of the taste, but since I do, I loved it. It doesnt break when you fold and roll them out. Not bad for the price, too. Texture isn't like a normal flour-based wrap as this has quite a crunch to it.

Safe, placid food

My having been in the candida diet since 2017 has inclined both my taste and preference to anything antifungal, paramount of which is anything coconut. Hence, Nuco Coconut Wraps fits the mould and makes the grade for not inciting a candida resurgence. It is placid to the palate - bland but not without the requisite saltiness and signature coconut taste. I can eat it as it is (I have no allowable wrappables) - or I can toss some torn pieces of it into my breakfast bowl of rolled oats, nuts, seeds, dates, and dried blueberries. My comfort food for being safe and healthful as well.

versatile, but i'm not imaginative enough to think of more than 4 different ways to use this

I did not expect this to be paper-thin. Like baking paper thin. I tried this plain at first. It was slightly sweet, a bit oily (because coconuts) and the flavour was really just coconuts. Used it for typical wrap-y things like sandwich wraps with varying levels of success because it can be very brittle. It has many possible uses, but I prefer baking them to make crisps.

bilis nakabusog

bought this product cause i tried low carb diet... nakiuso sa "summer goals" pero epic fail! Hahaha So ayun,, mabilis sia makabusog, pero may umay factor...hindi ako maka ubos ng isang coco wrap. I also tried pairing it with tuna in oil, nutella, pati peanut butter... Pero matamis na kasi sia on its own. Namiss ko lalo ang tinapay 😂😂😂 Di lang siguro for me kasi sabi ng friend ko masarap nmn daw...

Its great for desserts

The wrap is great for desserts. I used almond butter with cream cheese and wrapped it! Was good and satisfying! Great wrap and taste great too. If you don’t like coconut I don’t recommend. Overall tastes great and good! Try it and you wont be sorry! Try it with whip cream or even cheese!

On my grocery list!

I really enjoy these for an easy breakfast. I make an egg wrap, with cheese and whatever else I would like in the wrap! I do not think it would hold up well with something saucy if you packed it up for lunch, because the sauce would soften up the wrap too much. You would need to store the wrap separately and assemble it fresh, right before you eat. That being said, the wrap has a satisfying chew and feels substantial vs an emptier too-fluffy gf bread options I’ve tried previously.
