I'm a huge matcha fan so whenever I see local matcha products I snatch them up right away. That being said, this is not your typical matcha jam. When people buy matcha spreads, they usually think it's the milk-based spreads they're buying. This is not one of those. That being said however, I actually really liked this matcha coconut jam! It's not like your typical coco jam either. Not sure if I would repurchase, but it's perfectly pleasant if you wanna try something new out. It's also nice to know that it really only had 3 ingredients in it, so it should be pretty healthy!6 days ago
Once I understood that it is a matcha-infused coconut jam and not a coconut-flavored matcha jam, I started to really appreciate it. Rich, flavorful coconut jam. And a matcha punch that isn't subtle yet blends well. You know that the ingredients are of good quality. Great with toasted white bread when you're craving a sweet and still quite healthy snack. Knocking off one star as I think it is a tad too sweet, they could still lessen the sugar. All in all, still quite good.2 months ago
This is not your typical commercial cocojam being sold in the supermarket. Not as spreadable on a bread as the consistency mimics that of a coconut oil when refrigirated. Rather, this is more perfect as dip or sweet sauce for your plain suman and rice cakes when in liquid form. You can really taste the richness of pure coco nectar with a hint of matcha.3 months ago
