Too oily for me

I bought this thinking it would help my then bleached hair from drying and getting frizzy. I tried it once and sadly, I didn’t like it. It was too greasy and oily for me. It really was like Im putting actual butter on my hair and i have to wash my hair several times to get the oily texture off my scalp. It did make my hair look smooth and feel soft though but I can’t tolerate it’s greasiness. Neither does my mom who also tried this product.

Grandma smell

The smell is so off-putting that I didn’t really care to put it on my hair anymore. It does a good job with keeping the hair moisturised but I still wouldn’t trade it for its scent. It’s one of those smells that smells like something your grandmother would use. I wouldn’t repurchase

Easy at-home hot oil treatment

No more sessions to the salon to treat my hair for a hot oil! I have been using the product for almost a month now and I could really testify that it nourishes the hair. I love the fact that it can be used in 3 ways: as a hot oil treatment, as a conditioner, and as a hair oil. To be honest, i wasn’t expecting the product to be small but then it’s cheap for a reason. But really, the product will last because a little goes a long way :)

Expected more

As the product says, it is only 20g so I was expecting a type of luxury hair product for the price. Personally, it felt like glorified coconut oil that I can get way cheaper in a palengke. It smells amazing though and the smell stays after a shower. Main ingredients are oils and cocoa butter so expect it to leave residue after. Soft hair after a shower? Not really. It does feel softer when your hair dries. There are 3 ways to use the product so still playing around with which way works better for my hair type, think I'll stick to this before going swimming in pools or the ocean rather than using it as an in shower go-to conditioner.

Lush dupe?

Ive been using the product for a few days now and it reminds me most of the Lush R&B hair moisturizer! It smells similar and the effect it has on my hair is similar too. Im still playing around with it to see how best to use it but so far im very satisfied. Ive been looking for something like this since i tried the lush product for ages now and ive finally found a good enough dupe. May buy the bigger version :)
