Nude & Neutral
Interesting butterfly shaped palette, you get 8 shades and one very cheap eye shadow brush. The ones I’ve used are at the top row, Jasper and Sand, I just want a sweep of color on the lids, nothing complicated. The shades look nice in the palette, it’s once you get them on your brush you’ll see they’re very loose, thin and have some fall out. So you’ll need several layers just to get any decent color and not just a lot of glitter on your lids. Eureka moment came when I primed my lids with my liquid concealer, color pay off in 2 swipes! I fell in love with the Jasper then, though have a light hand as when you start building layers things can get gunky. But with a primer to help set it, it’s fairly easy enough to smooth the colors on your lids. I’ve yet to try the other shades, now I’m looking for a better eye shadow primer to use with it, I might experiment more, maybe use a wet brush, which was my next plan, and see how that goes too. Considering for how much I got it I was almost going to write this off, so manage your expectations and you’d be surprised by this super affordable palette.
