For a product that claims to do so many things, the only thing I've found it to be useful for is soothing insect bites or small cuts. As for muscle cramps and sprains, it doesn't help at all and I think their ginger/lemongrass balm is better. As for using it as a facial moisturizer or acne spot treatment, make sure you do a patch test before putting it anywhere on your face. I tried applying it on a small area on the lower part of my face and the skin just turned red and blotchy right away. My pot just ended up expiring without being used much.

I have mild eczema and I use a variety of steroidal creams to manage the occasional flare-ups. I've read all about bee propolis cream and its benefits, and I felt that I had nothing to lose by trying it out. And definitely, there's no regrets! A little goes a long way; after applying the cream on the focused area, it becomes less red, less bumpy, and less itchy as the day goes by. I'd recommend frequent application until the itchiness goes away though. I've actually lent this little pot to others who have a few skin problems as well, and they've vouched for this baby. More than one though actually pointed out the unusual smell as the only downside to the product... but I don't know, I even like the unusual smell! Overall, this product works; on top of that, it is local AND organic!
