This product is a life saver! Keeps my skin blemish free and matte all day. i use this before putting my armada sun block. now that I am pregnant, I also use this on my pimples since I cannot use salicylic acid, it stings a little at first but it is just a minor concern. I also use this after I shave or wax my hair to avoid bumps and chickenskin. A small bottle really lasts long, this is so worth it5 months ago
pros: effective spot treatment for pimples, but not for instant removal. using this on my "ripe" zits helped them disappear in less than a week. this is also easy to use, and its gel formula makes for fast absorption and easy spreadability. cons: not necessarily a con for me, but its fragrance is like straight-up alcohol (both rubbing and drinkable variants). i also dislike that it's packaged in a bottle as opposed to a pump bottle or even a squeeze tube. lastly, it dries up pretty quickly so that means working with it just as quickly. all in all, effective in speeding up healing of breakouts and targeting acne on other body parts, but not so effective on "unripe" zits. still wouldn't recommend it as a primer of any kind as it's quite drying if used on the whole face.10 months ago
I've been using this with the Id soap everyday and after a month, my bacne was gone. I also use this as a deodorant. While it doesn't reduce sweating, it is very effective in preventing bad odor. It is kinda pricey but a little goes a long way so this bottle would last you a few weeks. Definitely a must-have!over 1 year ago
I am always not confident to buy face care products because of my acne prone skin. But since this item is a gel, which is somewhat safe for acne prone and oily skin, I've decided to try it. I bought the mini gel as a trial. Honestly, I love VMV's packaging. Haha. It looks professional care in a bottle :D anyways, the product really helps in drying pimples. Not the overnight kind of remedy but it does it's job pretty well. For small pimples, you can count a couple of days for them to dry. What really amazed me was the effect for those big painful pimples. I tend to have that kind of pimple once or twice a month, and I am very pleased that I didn't experience that painful feeling when the pimple is growing. Usually that big pimple lasts for more than two weeks, but since using this product, it only took more than a week to dry. It didn't leave a super dark spot as well :) Also, it kind of has a mattifying effect that I really like. However, it can be a bit stingy especially if a pimple popped and you use the product.over 1 year ago
Aw~ I think I'm allergic to one of the ingredients. I broke out terribly just a day after applying this. The first VMV product which caused this. Oh well...my skin is hypersensitive, I'm sure this rarely happens. I gave mine to my bestfriend, I hope it works well for her.almost 2 years ago
It dries out my small pimples overnight while the really inflamed ones can take a few days [but this may also be because I can't stop touching them out of being too conscious :(] Sometimes I apply it on my nose before makeup so I think it has something to do with why I have lesser blackheads now. The only time I feel the sting is when there's a wound/opening on my skin/pimple. I have the same bottle for about 6 months and I still have more than half of the container to this day.almost 2 years ago
