What do we love about homegrown label VMV? They’re the only beauty brand with a rating system that grades a product’s safety based on the number of allergens it does NOT contain. In fact, VMV’s skincare and makeup are free of most (if not ALL) 76 allergens as listed by the North American Contact Dermatitis Group + European Surveillance System on Contact Allergies. From its sunscreens to its concealers, VMV’s range is free of fragrance, dye, phthalate, paraben, preservatives, coca-surfactant, SLES, and SLS. All products are formulated to be non-comedogenic, non-drying, pH-adjusted, and suitable for all skin types. What’s NOT to love?
I have been hesitant at first because it is expensive but it is worth it. What I love about it is it does not leave a white cast. A little goes a long way. It is recommended to reapply sunscreen throughout the day for it to be effective. It does not feel sticky and I like that it gives me a certain long lasting glow. I have sensitive skin that's why I tried this. It did not irritate my skin at all. I just found out that it is Filipina made - kaproud!18 days ago
best i have tried. light and my skin loves it. it did not break me. i used their spf30, spf45, spf 60 and spf70. this being the lightest is good for everyday use in the office. expensive but worth it. at my 40’s now and no hyper pigmentation though i alternate this with belo if i need to be thrifty if i have a huge splurge for that certain month22 days ago
I don't know, maybe the process of creating these products is something that the business take pride of but it is not for me lang. I can buy sunscreens for my sensitive skin for a cheaper price and I'd go for those brands instead. 😊 Pero kung RK ka, go for the gold!about 1 month ago
I've been looking for a sunscreen that won't leave a hideous white cast, and has no alcohol content. So glad I stumbled upon VMV here. I've actually forgotten about this brand with all the newer ones popping up so thanks to beautymnl for carrying it! This sunscreen is incredibly light weight, has no funky smell that sometimes comes with fragrance-free products, and has no harmful content. I've been using it for a week now (my skin reacts pretty fast to products) and I've had no breakouts from using this. On the downside, it's pretty pricey but I'll probably continue using until I find a cheaper alternative with the same performance. :)8 months ago
I purchased this sunscreen because I was curious to try something from VMV Hypoallergenics. I've heard good things about this brand and more importantly, it's a local brand! Glad I purchased this sunscreen because it was very gentle on my skin and didn't break me out. For 30g, I was able to use it everyday for 2 months. It's an expensive sunscreen but was totally worth it. I don't see myself repurchasing this anytime soon because I'd rather stick to a more affordable sunscreen.about 1 year ago
This one's so expensive but every money's worth it. It is super light on ur face, doesnt leave a white cast and blends well on powder. Im not into make ups, i only use a sunscreen and powder then Im good to go cos I have a hypersensitive skin.. Product's not bad for its price though I dont use it on summer cos spf's low. Overall, it's works very well. I noticed dark spots fading too. Also, tube lasts for 2mos.over 1 year ago
