5 stars for a stellar product

Contrary to what the other reviewers were saying, I am claiming that this is the BEST eyeliner there is today. The tip is soft yet firm so there's no need for you to worry about not achieving the perfect cat-eye. Second, it's highly pigmented and dries in just the right amount of time, leaving you room to erase should you commit a mistake. Third, it's affordable for its quality. So girls, do not be discouraged by the naysayers. Give this a try and you might just be surprised. :)

Love this liner!

Love this liner! It’s so pigmented and easy to use. The brush tip is perfect for beginners and aspiring cat-eye experts. It’s long-wearing, though when I wear it all day, it smudges to my undereye. I just remember to blot the smudges out with wet tissue, and it’s still good to go!

Not ideal for beginners

The felt tip frays very often. I'm bad at doing my eyeliner as I'm left handed and this was really hard to use for me. It's not too long wearing that it's difficult to remove but it lasts well enough for the whole day. It's really watery when applied and it smudges and bleeds easily so you have to be careful. It looks nice once dried down but it's too difficult to use to be worth it.

Great tip, but it's not so black and isn't long-wearing

So, I had really high hopes for this eyeliner because when I first swatched it it was black and matte. But with just one swipe on my eye, I knew this was not going to be a "love at first sight" kind of thing. The formula takes long to dry and it bleeds into lines I didn't even know my eyes had! Since it's not pigmented, I have to draw over my eyes a couple of times and it just bleeds like hell. Plus, it's not smudgeproof or sweatproof at all. *Sigh* I was really hoping this would be a cheaper alternative to the L'Oreal Super Liner Black Lacquer. :(

I Vote...Meh.

I recently bought this to see how it fairs to the Hyper Glossy eyeliner that I've grown to adore, and I suppose it's a love-hate relationship. I do like that it's super pigmented on the first swipe, but as someone who has been doing her cat-eye for the last 10 years, this requires a light hand. The brush tip is a tad bit fat for my taste, therefore achieving the skinny flick at the end is quite difficult. I have to thin it out with micellar water and a pointed cotton bud more often than I do with the Hyper Glossy (since HG's brush tip is made out of thin hairs versus the felt pen of Hyper Impact). Also, the thickness of the pen takes some getting used to when I've been accustomed to the slimmer quill of a dip-type liquid eyeliner. Bottom line, once this runs out of ink, I'm sticking to my original formula.

you deserve better

Application was not easy; I had a tough time achieving a sharp wing because of the fat tip that wasnt firm enough to work with. Sure it was soft but it was to soft to get you anywhere. Did not get perfect lines at all tbh. Formula was not nice either. It smudges after like 2 minutes. Not advisable for anyone whose eyes water a lot or someone who sweats a lot or basically anybody who has plans of literally doing anything for the day, just dont pick this. I want my money back :(
