I expected more

I’ve tried L’Oreal primers before and i’ve been complimented on how good my skin looked so I thought this was something that was just as good. But when i squeezed it out of the tube onto the back of my hand, i got something that looked like cookie dough that didnt stick together. It also crumbled to the touch so i couldn’t apply it to my face. I’m not sure if it was just the product i got or that’s really the consistency you’re supposed to get but to me, the fact that it crumbled in the back of my hand when i tried to get some product is a no-no.

So-so primer

I got this on sale so I'm not mad at the price. It does what it claims, which is to blur the appearance of pores and provide a smooth skin finish. The problem is that doesn't last very long. What I do like about it is the tint and how it adjusts to your skin tone. I think this works best on a no make-up day where you put the blur cream on your face alone then just reapply after a couple of hours.

Disappointing

The product comes out with a tint but once it's on your skin it glides smoothly and adjusts to your skin tone. However I bought this expecting pore-filling or blurring but much to my dismay it doesn't really do much--the soft blurring effect barely lasts 3 hours and it doesn't cover all pores. It's an average product, you can save your money for a better primer. Won't repurchase.

So far so good!

Wear this on top of moisturizer and you are set for the day. No need to retouch. Matte all day and very smooth. Only comes in one shade but the color diffuses and blends naturally. Product consistency differs though. The formulation is clumpy / crumbly but still applies smooth. You just need to be careful as you can easily waste product as it doesn't stick to your fingers or face as quickly. I don't notice the size of my pores minimizing much, but my face is just so very smooth after using this that I am going to stick with this product for a while unless I find something better. So far so good.

Meh.

It's just an okay primer for me. The smell actually turns me off a bit because it smells a bit like gas for cooking and also it's a bit weird looking. I don't know if it's really like that or what but it's hard to put on because it falls off so you have to rub it with both your hands before applying it on to your face. As for its claim that it is pore minimizing, I say it's only an average. I can still see some of my pores. You can find a better one. It is, however, weightless and comfortable on the skin. It glides smoothly on the skin when applied. Will I buy this again? Probably not.

Good value for money

This product is skin-toned so no need to worry about that white cast some primers tend to give on first application. Inherent color gives a very light coverage so some girls without significant blemishes can do away with BB or CC creams for casual days. Product appears crumbly on squeezing out from the tube (not cream, gel, or mousse-based) but goes on smoothly without streaking or clumping. Can be applied using fingers, a brush or a moist sponge. Average pore-minimizing effect, good soft-focus effect. Weightless feel, and did not cause breakouts on my oily, sensitive skin.
