Lost 4kg on the 1st week
I got my first BGC package from the Roarganics website. I didn't exactly follow the suggested plan. The first week, I drank the BGC shake once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once in the evening. I still ate lunch and dinner (12nn and 6pm) without rice, though. The first 4 days were hell--I was lightheaded and had flu symptoms--but you'd expect that because your body needs to get used to the new routine, and that's also why it's not recommended to do activities that will require you to exert so much energy. On the 5th day onwards, I was feeling great again. On the 2nd day, I already lost 2kg, then 1 kg a day on the next days. I understand that's water weight or what's called "phantom weight". On the 1st week, I lost a total of 4kg, because I had cheat days so early in the process haha! Also, I put regular milk (full cream milk) because it made the shake taste better. Teehee.. I'm also trying to incorporate this with a keto-like diet and in keto milk/dairy is allowed. :) And I make sure that I only consume 1 cup of milk a day, so 1/3 cup of milk per BGC drink. I'm looking forward to losing more weight. I will put in some exercise soon, since I think I will now have to lose actual fat weight, not phantom weight anymore. As a meal replacement, I really think this is great and I feel like it made me "clean" because of all the pooping hahaha!
