Hello Gorgeous! first began in 1998 as Skinline, a day spa in Hagonoy, Bulacan that offered facial and body care treatments. Using homemade products as alternatives to traditional cosmetics and body care, Skinline became the first and only specialty personal care concept of its kind in the area. In 2016, the Day Spa then branched out into Skinline Essentials, offering the clinic’s bestselling products to a wider customer base. Faced with Skinline Essentials’ steady growth and appeal to hip, young, adventurous ladies, the minds behind the brand decided they needed their own makeover. You can now enjoy their Filipina-friendly products under the beauty brand Hello, Gorgeous!
This product is already a staple in my kit. I love how the shades complement my skin tone and how lightweight it is to wear, perfect to use during humid weather. For those who has dry lips I would suggest to apply lip balm or lip oil before using it.2 months ago
I love the color options of this product, it really stays on your lips the entire day and it smells so good! Your lips should stay moisturized before using though, since like most lip tints, dry lips will be more noticeable if used. The shade in Georgia is closest to nude and it looks so natural!5 months ago
Lip tints and stains can be a pain to apply especially if you're the type with eternally dry lips. More often than not, the product ends up looking patchy with pigment sinking into the cracks and flakes of your lips (not to mention a really pink or red finger if it's the type that doesn't have an applicator). Thankfully, this product solves these problems with its foolproof, uniquely shaped applicator and good but not quite excellent color payoff. I got the shade George (not 'Georgia', BeautyMNL please do correct the label on this page) mainly because I was looking for a deep, nude tint that wasn't the usual cherry red. Upon first swipe, I felt that the product applied too thinly (like a tinted balm) but a 2nd layer did the trick and boosted the color's opacity. On my pigmented lips, George registered as a gorgeous, deep, brick red bordering on an ox-blood shade. Unfortunately, it did cling to some of my dry patches but it wasn't as bad as how other waterbased tints emphasized the dryness. A good thing about it was that it didn't have a stinging feeling when applied (I remember the first wave of Revlon's Just Bitten Balms that stung like a lemon on the lips and Skin Genie's Stain Alive that felt really harsh too despite its sweet scent). I like that it also doesn't have a strong, cloying scent too (smells kind of like strawberry). Such a shame that its staying power was so-so. What I didn't like most about this product was its felt tip applicator. Although it's truly unique and makes for precise application, it somehow feels a bit flimsy and delicate, as if it will lose its shape after several uses. All in all, I doubt I will repurchasing this product as soon as I run out.5 months ago
I remember swatching this product at their stall, and eventually buying it on here. The swatch stayed for more than 24 hours on my hand! This is a VERY GOOD tint, but it is very bright, so I would not suggest it for everyday, maybe just a small dab. I would say Georgia is the best color. Good product for its price!8 months ago
