I have been trying to be more conscious of what I have been putting in my body. Looking for healthier alternatives; Quinoa, Flaxseed and Chia always come up. I was hesitant to buy in supermarkets and health stores because they came in big packs and were out of my price range; I wasn’t willing to spend so much on something I may not even like. Then I found this, which was perfect. I instantly loved Chia, which I put in nearly everything I can (love it in my morning coffee). Quinoa amazed me; with a small amount I felt full and satisfied. I put flaxseed in my rice and other dishes as a garnish, I like the nutty flavor of it.
I only wished that this kit came with instructions on how you can cook it (for the quinoa) and suggestions where you can use them. But all in all, I love this product and will continue to have these in my diet.
