Healthy options

I tried Quinoa because I am want to have a healthy living after I found out that I have high cholesterol...It's a great substitute for rice and there are a lot of health benefits that you can get with Quiona... I am trying to eat atleast 3-4 times a week because I am still craving for rice...So far I've noticed that I easily get full and I am loving it...

Pantry Staple

White quinoa has been a pantry staple ever since I started my journey to a healthier lifestyle. Although I still eat brown/red and sometimes even white rice, I still keep quinoa in my pantry to add to salads and sometimes even in baked goods. The Green Tummy might just be the most affordable and accessible one I’ve found so far.

I love this!

I super love this! I could eat it with everything. Perfect substitute for rice. Since it is pseudo grain, it may be substitute for rice when you’re on a diet. Plus it’s yummy. You can also put it on a salad! Only thing is that it’s kinda pricey. But since it’s not widely available in supermarkets, it’s good that i can easily order it here. :)

Healthy Superfood added to my Faves!

I've only tried cooking this the same way I do with rice and am still looking forward to trying out more recipes. First impression: this might actually work as a healthier substitution for rice for me!! It just has this plant-like smell and after taste but overall is good and is a great source of nutrition. Pretty much like rice but more packed with protein and fiber (which is also why I bought this). What's interesting is that I felt full only after a few spoonfuls of quinoa compared to heaps of rice I tend to eat. It has lots of proven health benefits and certainly one of the must-haves if you want to eat healthy.

The Holy Grain You Need (Geddit?)

Bought this as an alternative to oatmeal. It's really delicious and simple to cook. I'm planning on bulking and since this is a great source of fiber and protein, it's perfect for my eating plan. Already tried this as a sweet dish and a savory dish and I am hooked. I just gotta search for recipes on the internet and I have a lovely, healthy meal.

100% Organic!

Great substitute for Rice! What I love about Quinoa is that (1) it's very high in protein, (2) it's gluten-free, (3) it's a great source of fiber and lastly, (4) it's great for the heart! :) It's very easy to cook and prepare. I had California Quinoa Salad and it was so good!
