I’ve hardly had a problem in my gastrointestinal area but I do find myself hankering for a detox now and then. What I do is ground them with a mortar and pestle, soak them in water overnight (sometimes with chia seeds), and then drink it in the morning. Flaxseed is probably my favorite grain, so I was ecstatic when I found it here. The quality is good, the price is reasonable, and the amount of flaxseeds was enough to last me a long while. I enjoy eating it with yogurt especially as it gives it some crunch but it could also be added to dessert fruits and salads too.over 1 year ago

This one is indeed a great find. I was also not expecting that I can find this product online. This is a great egg substitute as well for anyone who would like to bake but would not want to use eggs.
