WHAT IS IT?
This 100% all-natural batch of raw, unroasted coffee beans comes from the highlands of the Cordillera. Thought to boast an abundant supply of compounds with potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, these beans help brew a daily cuppa that may provide many health benefits.
WHY DO YOU NEED IT?
If you’re looking for a lighter cup of coffee (with the same caffeine impact), these are the beans to grind. Leaving a much milder flavor than their roasted alternative, it’s said to taste more like herbal tea than your regular cup of joe.

STEP 1: Prepare 20g of whole coffee beans and 300ml of filtered water.
STEP 2: Grind your beans according to the method of extraction you plan to use. For this method, you can go with a medium-fine grind, with a consistency similar to sand.
STEP 3: Take your fresh coffee grounds. You can divide between two cups or leave in a single cup, depending on how much you plan to drink.
STEP 4: Heat water to around 90°C and pour equal amounts into each cup, if divided.
STEP 5: Steep for approximately 10 minutes before straining the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
STEP 6: Add honey, sugar, or milk to taste.
Feel free to experiment with different bean to water ratios and adjust to your preferences.
As unroasted coffee beans tend to be extremely hard, you’ll need to ensure you have a suitably durable and capable coffee grinder for a smoother experience.
