This Is One Thing I Can't Live Without
I'm so glad I found this product. It had been sitting in my fridge for like a long time, little did I know they are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium. The best thing about them for me is THEY MAKE ME REGULAR. What I do is I take one tablespoon of Chia Seeds mixed with water and three to four calamansi and a little bit of sugar, and then this is what I take every morning. I drink at least 2 Liters of water everyday (make sure you do! Otherwise there is a possibility that you would get constipated. Chia Seeds are always paired with lots of water/fluid). There you go, a calamansi-chia-seeds-juice. They work for me I hope it works for you, too!
